How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipments to Austria or Germany are delivered within 5 working days, to other European countries within 10 working days and to all other countries within 20-25 working days. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is advantageous for quick processing and appears reasonable to the buyer (in this case the buyer does not incur any additional shipping costs).

Will I be informed when my order has been shipped?
 

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains a tracking number with which you can track the shipping status of your delivery online: www.post.at for all orders. Please note that the shipment number only becomes active after it has been recorded and updated by the shipping service provider. If the number does not work immediately, please try again later.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
If the postman does not find you after the second delivery attempt, he will leave you a notification card and the package will either be deposited with a neighbor or in a post office near you. You can then pick up the package within the next 5 working days before it is returned to us.
